a CAPS counselor at our Central Office (see below for information on scheduling with an Embedded
During the initial phase of this pilot program, CAPS is partnering with LS&A who is generously providing
us the use of their web scheduling application as well as technological support. Please be assured that that this is a confidential process and no one outside of CAPS has access to your personal information including your appointment schedule. Your participation in this process will help us to better understand the online scheduling
experience as we work to fully develop the CAPS online scheduling process for a Fall 2020
To schedule an initial consultation using the online scheduling system there are three steps –
- You will request an available appointment through the on-line scheduling portal.
- You will receive a notification email with a confidential link for completing on-line forms. These forms help us to gather critical information to better understand that nature of your concerns, so the counselor is prepared to meet with you. The initial consultation cannot be scheduled unless you complete the forms.
- You will receive a confirmation email once the forms are reviewed and the appointment is scheduled.
*Please be aware that the review process may take up to 24 hours. Appointment requests and forms are reviewed weekdays in the morning and in the late afternoon. Requests received during the weekend or any time CAPS is closed will be reviewed on the next business day.
