U-M Counseling and Psychological Services

Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS) provides confidential psychological services for currently enrolled U of M undergraduate and graduate students. We strive to provide the following services in an atmosphere that is welcoming, comfortable and multi-culturally sensitive for all students. 

Groups, Lunch Series, & Workshops

CAPS offers a number of undergraduate and graduate groups. Starting dates for the groups vary, but typically begin 3 to 5 weeks after the start of the semester. Groups are free for U of M students. The article provides links to videos with some information on each group.
