Approach to Therapy:
My therapeutic approach is collaborative, strengths-based, and grounded in empathy. I strive to create a safe and supportive environment where students feel heard, valued, and empowered. I take an eclectic approach, incorporating the arts, creativity, nature, and other experiential methods to foster connection and healing. Drawing from evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy, (DBT), interpersonal psychotherapy (IPT), mindfulness-based techniques, and other skill-building frameworks, I tailor interventions to meet each student's unique needs, goals, and cultural context.
Approach to Wellness:
My approach to wellness is by spending time with my family, friends, and pets. I also love taking trips, being outdoors, crafting, and playing video games
