Approach to Therapy:
I have a generalist approach to therapy that is client-centered. The main theoretical perspectives that influence my approach include Psychodynamic, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Positive Psychology.
Approach to Wellness:
My own approach to wellness involves spiritual, emotional, physical, and social enrichment. When seeking peace, I will often meditate. I like being active outside with nature whether that involves jogging, hiking, or camping. I also love music and frequently go to concerts.
