Approach to Therapy:
I work relationally with my clients, and I focus on nourishing a relationship of empathy, trust, and respect. By affirming my clients’ experiences with warmth, I co-construct a space where I see my client as they are; as a human searching for belonging. In humanising myself and my clients, I hope they feel empowered to do the same to reclaim a sense of agency in their lives. I work from a psychodynamic, relational, and feminist lenses.
Approach to Wellness:
I believe in cultivating a practice of attending to our psychological, physical, and emotional lives through acts of self-compassion. In my personal time, I enjoy engaging with creative outlets such painting, listening to music, and practicing yoga. I also love connecting meaningfully with my loved ones and watching shows with my cat.
