Approach to Therapy:
I am a therapist with a passion for working with individuals from a client-centered, strengths-based, trauma-informed, anti-oppressive approach. I believe any and all mental health concerns are a normal part of the human experience, and often an expected part of today’s complicated society. I aim to create a space where you can feel comfortable being your authentic self, working collaboratively with you to explore whatever you need in order to rebuild or heal.
Approach to Wellness:
Oftentimes, the organizational structures and culture of society can have a significant effect on an individual or communities wellbeing. As a therapist, I recognize these effects and I aim to make space for clients to communicate these things. I look forward to working alongside you, being a small part in your journey. Some things I enjoy for my own wellness include art, playing video/computer games, cooking, spending time with family and friends, and watching new movies or shows!
