Approach to Therapy:
Therapy is a space for you to express your feelings and concerns as well as develop strategies and next steps in order to reach your intended goal. I use a collaborative approach that incorporates CBT and person-centered therapy in order to help you reach your goals with self-growth and self-understanding. To me, therapy is a safe and judgement-free space for self-expression and self-actualization on one’s own terms and preferences.
Approach to Wellness:
Work-life balance is one of the most important things to me. It is important to maintain boundaries and establish activities and spaces that are best for one’s self. For me, this includes quality time with my loved ones, connecting with others, painting, photography, crafting, listening to music, and embracing the outdoors and nature around me. Wellness is something I implement in my life and work, as well as hope to foster in those I work with.
