Why Am I A Peer Counselor
I am a peer counselor because I believe that everyone should have someone they can rely on, even if it's just simply listening to how your day went! I want to give people a safe and judgement-free space where they feel comfortable enough to express themselves about anys truggle or doubt they may be having. I know we can all go through difficult times and it can be tough to not be able to speak to someone about it. I want to be someone that people can connect to and just simply be there to listen or talk to anyone that needs it, without any judgement or pressure, helping in any way that I can!
