Approach to Therapy:
My approach is rooted in a multicultural background and a passion for relating through the lens of humanism. I weave together a tapestry of emotional and behavioral-focused approaches, person-centered, and mindfulness practices. I embody a commitment to inclusivity and the inherent worth of every individual, fostering a sense of being seen and valued. I primarily blend Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy/Training (ACT), and Humanistic Therapy to address the unique needs of individuals and collectives.
Approach to Wellness:
I believe in the importance of balance and self-care, I nurture my own wellness by playing Fortnite, watching inspirational short-form videos, yoga, and immersing in nature. I also find solace in meditating, eating, and taking intentional breaks to recharge and feel emotions.
