A weekly in-person meeting interpersonal process group that is designed for undergraduate students who want to gain emotional awareness and enhance their functioning in personal and academic settings. This is a group for people who have concerns relating to things such as: relationships (friends, family, romantic, professional, etc.), adjustment, anxiety, depression, and academic/career stress. This is a collaborative space that aims to build community and sense of belonging not only through processing shared experiences, but also through helping each other progress toward individual goals.
Based on Johari Window, the goal of the USO group is to be open intra- and interpersonally. You can use Group as a laboratory to build meaningful relationships.
