Weekly in-person meeting for College of Engineering Graduate students, focusing on personal growth and relationship building, enhancing their functioning in person and academic settings. These groups are for students who: have concerns about important relationships in their life, need more support, want to be supportive of others and want time to explore feelings and thoughts. The group space will establish a strong, collaborative environment to foster healthy self-concepts and hope for the future through a sense of shared experiences. This confidential group requires a semester-long commitment.
Based on Johari Window, the goal of the USO group is to be open intra- and interpersonally. You can use Group as a laboratory to build meaningful relationships.
