Weekly virtualmeeting for current athletes or former athletes, aiming to support athletes – at any level – either prepare for or process through the retirement transition. Topics will feature on exercise and nutrition post sport, athlete identity, transition stress, grief and loss, etc.
When:
First iteration - Tuesdays (2/11 - 2/25) from 12pm - 1:30pm
Second iteration - Wednesdays (4/16 - 4/30) from 11am - 1230pm
