Approach to Therapy:
My approach to therapy is grounded in humanistic, relational-cultural, and interpersonal approaches. I aim to develop empowering and trusting relationships based on respect and compassion. I strive to meet my clients where they are and to co-create a treatment that best meets their needs. I believe that we are constantly in a state of growing, and I work to provide a space that cultivates acceptance and transformation.
Approach to Wellness:
I love to go for walks, be in and near bodies of water, and I maintain a daily yoga practice. I also enjoy eating tasty foods, spending time with my family and friends, playing backgammon, painting, and reading (mostly) fiction.
Additional Language(s):
I would describe my Arabic language skills as elementary. I am not fluent, though I can provide space with (maybe/hopefully) enough of an understanding for you to speak your heart in Arabic but I will likely reply in English.
