Approach to Outreach:
My approach to outreach is grounded in a careful assessment of the needs and expectations of potential participants. It begins by identifying what people would like to know or may need to know, combined with a deep understanding of those needs. The next step is determining the best way to deliver it, using tools that people are familiar with and prefer. For each event, it's important for me to carefully document the process, invite participants to share their feedback and feelings, and look for opportunities to collaborate with them in planning future events, meanwhile searching possible collaboration with Other Campus Services and students’ clubs. These steps are crucial for me to develop and improve the outreach activities. At the same time, I hope my outreach activities to be as multicultural, multi-experiential and multi-thinking as possible.
Approach to Wellness:
Wandering around different sites and hanging out on the street is my favorite daily activity. I also love reading, writing, and drawing pictures. Through these activities, I can relive anxiety, focus on my thoughts, and remind me of what is important to me. Of course, the most effective way to relax is to be with people I love and trust, who always listen and genuinely share their feelings and opinions.
