Approach to Therapy:
My therapeutic approach is centered on supporting clients create a life that is meaningful and aligned with their core values. I integrate Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), traditional Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and mindfulness-based techniques, within a multicultural and interpersonal framework. My work is rooted in a person-centered and collaborative approach, with a focus on establishing a strong therapeutic alliance and a compassionate, non-judgmental space. I value different ways of knowing and supporting students’ access to resources.

It is important for me to dedicate time to what brings me joy, such as reading, being outdoors, spending time with friends, and attending live music events.
