Nature Therapy

 

Weekly in-person meeting focusing on deepening connection with the nature, community and ourselves. Participants will explore mindfulness-based techniques and experience nature as a partner in coregulation. Each session will entail a mix of activities and open-ended processing space. 

 

When: Thursdays 
Time: 9:30am - 11am
