Flowing through Procrastination

Weekly virtual meeting for UM students in a semi-structured support group space. The space promotes understanding of procrastination, self-compassion development, and coping strategies. The topics may include motivation,  emotion regulation, time/task management, self-control, and the impact of related contextual factors.
