Approach to Therapy
Through a collaborative and supportive process, I strive to help individuals feel more connected, self-aware, and balanced. I work within a framework that is relational, interdisciplinary and trauma-informed. My approach to therapy is largely influenced by mind-body oriented modalities, cognitive-behavioral perspectives, and from my experiences and training as a clinical social worker in child welfare, K-12 and higher education, and private practice.
Approach to Wellness
Movement and connection play a fundamental role in my health and wellness. I enjoy nature, music, exercise, and I prioritize spending quality time with family and friends.
