Approach to Therapy:
My approach to therapy is grounded in a cognitive-behavioral model that incorporates evolutionary psychology and mindfulness. I believe that understanding how the mind works is critical for maximizing our wellbeing and functioning.
Approach to Wellness:
I believe that pursuing wellbeing is one of the most important aspects of the human experience. My approach to wellbeing is focused on fulfilling my basic needs like sleep, nutrition, exercise, and social interaction and maintaining a regular practice of mindfulness. During my free time, I like to rock climb, create digital art, and play video games.
