Approach to Therapy:
My overarching framework for clinical work is informed by a psychodynamic orientation. In practice, however, my style tends to be more integrative in nature, involving psychodynamic, CBT, and solution-focused techniques to best meet the needs of the client. I strive to create a therapy environment that is collaborative and non-judgmental, fostering a sense of support while sparking curiosity and exploration about areas of concern.
Approach to Wellness:
Wellness for me means making mindful decisions about what is a suitable work/life balance. This often means simply taking a moment to slow down and reflect on my experiences and surroundings. I also enjoy spending time with loved ones, exploring new places, painting, cooking, nature walks, and relaxing with my fur babies.
