Approach to Therapy:
I consider my approach to therapy to be collaborative and person-centered. I lean towards a humanistic approach and an ACT orientation within a multicultural framework. I strive to work with students to identify and build upon their strengths, and empower them. I aim to walk alongside those I have the privilege to work with.
Approach to Wellness:
I believe balancing all of our responsibilities, hobbies, and commitments are vital for a positive wellness. Throughout my educational journey, I have learned the importance of self-care! I enjoy long walks with my dog, bubble baths, the occasional television binge, and getting a good night's rest. I also love traveling, spending time with friends and family, listening to podcasts, and DIYing.
