Approach to Therapy:
My approach to therapy is to provide a space for clients to process their presenting concerns and co-create adaptive and coherent narratives of their lives. I approach clients’ concerns from a multicultural perspective and in an empathetic and collaborative relationship. I use integrative approaches (emotion-focused, relational, psychodynamic, and acceptance and commitment therapy) to help clients honor their experiences and make choices that empower them.
Approach to Wellness:
I try to create wellness by balancing various aspects of my life to promote both rest and growth. I treasure my time with family and friends and enjoy practicing mindfulness, crocheting, embroidering, watching tv and movies, and gardening.
