Approach to Therapy:
I work primarily from a psychodynamic, relational, and client-centered framework. I enjoy providing a holistic treatment experience, which strives to incorporate and work with the multiple identities an individual might hold. I aim to provide a collaborative treatment experience between myself and the individual, while also, creating a comfortable therapeutic environment founded on trust and acceptance.
Approach to Wellness:
My approach to wellness is one that focuses on the relationship between our mind and body. For me, this means exploring and understanding my body's unique responses to stress and relaxation and my corresponding mental health. Ways I strive to achieve a balance is through activities such as spending time with loved ones, hiking, exercise, drawing, and music.
