Approach To Therapy:
My approach to therapy is primarily psychodynamic, focused on fostering insight and lasting change. Through the collaborative exploration of a client’s full range of emotions, I aim to aid them in gaining agency. I am committed to helping clients understand themselves in a supportive environment, using the therapeutic relationship to learn about patterns that influence important relationships in their lives. I seek to use empathy, compassion and warmth to establish a therapeutic space that meets the unique needs of individual clients.
Approach To Wellness:
When I’m not in the office, I’m spending time with loved ones at plant conservatories or coffee shops. I enjoy being outdoors, watching movies and documentaries, listening to science podcasts, exploring new cities, and wandering around antique markets.
