Approach to therapy:
My approach to therapy is strength-based and client centered. I utilize integrative techniques that vary depending on the goals of each client. I have experience working with diverse clients that come from various backgrounds, and with various mental health conditions. To date, my clinical work has involved providing therapy for adolescents and young adults, including conducting psychosocial assessments; developing client-centered care plans; linking clients with community resources; and engaging in coordination of care, communication, and follow-up. My approach to therapy has always involved meeting people where they are. I believe it is important to engage in conversations with people to get a deeper understanding about their preferred communication styles, topics, and approaches to therapy.
Approach to wellness:
I believe wellness is achieved by having a good work/life balance. I keep a healthy balance by exercising, cooking, and spending time with friends and family.
