Approach to Therapy:
I use an integrative approach to psychotherapy, combining influences from relational, psychodynamic, and cognitive theories, using multicultural and feminist frameworks. I believe that understanding my clients within the context of their lives and identities is essential to develop a good working relationship and to promote healing and growth.
Approach to Wellness:
When I am not at work, I can usually be found spending time with friends and family. I also love cooking, reading, playing video games, traveling, hiking, and planning my next tattoo.
