Approach to Therapy: My approach to therapy is centered around a strengths-based approach, empathy-based approach, along with utilizing CBT and psychodynamic therapy. My goal is to help students see that their goals and aspirations can be met through the realization that they are strong enough and capable of attaining those goals. Through my approach to therapy, my goal is that students will gain more hope and confidence that difficulties that they may be experiencing can become more manageable and/or can be eliminated altogether with a plan of execution.
Approach to Wellness:
My approach to wellness includes ensuring that each day I make time for myself which includes making sure that I have been eating enough, drinking enough water, and taking a break in solitude. I also enjoy watching positivity-centered meditation videos, singing, listening to my favorite music, writing, and checking in with friends and family.
