Approach to Therapy:
My approach to therapy is collaborative and focuses on the unique goals that each client brings into the shared space. I work within a feminist-relational framework that utilizes an existential and interpersonal orientation. At times, I will use skills within DBT and ACT to help clients with concrete concerns. I aim to examine the many identities that clients navigate the world with and find avenues of empowerment and strength in their experiences. My goal for clients is to assist them in gaining agency and authentic ways of living and being.
Approach to Wellness:
My approach to wellness is focused on harmonizing my wants and needs, as well as creating a work-life balance that helps me be the best human and clinician I can be. I engage in mindfulness activities, yoga, and finding new food to enjoy. I love camping with my family, day trips with my partner, and gatherings with my closest friends. I am also a natural introvert that charges their social battery by nerding out with my books, while listening to new playlists, and television shows. Po
