Why Am I a Peer Counselor: I am a Peer Counselor because I understand the importance and need of a safe space with someone who has had similar experiences as you. I want to offer my services to any student who needs them, and I hope my inclusion in this program will allow students of various intersectional identities to feel welcome. I am very excited to get to work with my fellow Michigan peers on their journey to improved mental wellbeing!
