I approach my health by starting with guided meditation each and every morning. Meditation helps my day feel complete. Exercise is another way I like to alleviate my mind of stress, whether that’s dancing, walking, playing badminton, etc. Challenging my brain is a way for me to keep my mental health strong. This could be solving an old fashioned puzzle or brain games. Treating myself and remembering to take care of myself are important. Weekly, I enjoy my own spa day at home.
