Approach to Therapy:
In working from an interpersonal, feminist, and systemic framework, I am passionate about collaborating with clients to develop meaningful therapeutic relationships, promoting healing and change through empowerment. Within a strengths-based approach, I aim to understand and work within the context of the systemic and cultural factors that influence each person and am constantly inspired by students’ resilience.
Approach to Wellness:
I try to find balance and feel centered through spending time with friends and family, practicing yoga, and enjoying the outdoors. I love finding new shows to marathon, and I also love traveling whenever I can!
