Approach to Therapy:
My approach to therapy is integrative with a primary emphasis on psychodynamic and multicultural perspectives. I encourage collaboration in therapy between myself and students to help facilitate the student’s empowerment.
Approach to Wellness:
Finding time to connect to nature is important for my overall wellness. While I enjoy many different activities, I find that the most important aspect of my approach to wellness is fitting it in wherever and however I can, which sometimes means taking just ten minutes to step outside.
