Approach to Therapy:
I approach therapy through a humanistic-existential and feminist lens that is both client-centered and collaborative. I am passionate about creating a warm and safe environment for clients to explore any and all concerns with me. I strive to work with each client to explore presenting concerns in a way that helps the client regain control and make meaning of their current circumstances.
Approach to Wellness:
I am an avid music lover and find it to be my number one way of relaxing and grounding myself. I also enjoy cooking, reading, and spending time outdoors.
