Approach to Therapy:
I believe therapeutic change is nurtured through a therapeutic relationship that is supportive, compassionate, and nonjudgmental. I value understanding people in the context of their unique experiences and perspectives. I want to help clients feel seen and collaborate with them in creating the change they are seeking. My therapeutic approach is integrative, evidence-based, and grounded in relational, attachment, client-centered, multicultural, and acceptance and commitment therapy approaches.
Approach to Wellness:
I try to keep my life balanced with meaningful relationships and meaningful work. I feel re-energized when my body feels healthy, both physically and mentally. I enjoy keeping physically active, hiking, relaxing with a good book or movie, and listening to music.
