My approach is to build a therapeutic relationship that is collaborative, empowering and strength based. I use a client-centered approach and draw on elements of cognitive behavioral therapy, solution focused therapy, and mindfulness. My goal is to create an environment where students can achieve their own goals and improve their lives.
Approach to Wellness:
My approach is to create a life built on balance. I enjoy staying active, spending time outdoors and playing hockey. I also enjoy watching sports, music, reading, and spending time with my friends and family.
