Do you often think, "Am I doing enough?" "What if I didn't get this right?" "I am a failure!" This 7-8 session group will assist in developing strategies to modify perfectionistic patterns and establish realistic, thoughtful ideals. Through group discussions and activities, we will explore the nature of perfectionism, common perfectionist thoughts/behaviors, build skills to begin changing thoughts/behaviors, and set a plan of action that may promote effective ways of leading a fuller life.
