Making Friends with Yourself: A Mindfully Self-Compassionate Approach

This 6-session group focuses on developing a daily practice of self-compassion and authenticity. We will explore how our environment and relationships affect our thoughts and feelings. Members will learn mindfulness exercises to connect with the present moment, eliminate judgment of our inner experiences, and live more fully. Group will start on 10/31 and ends 12/2 (no meeting on 11/21).
