THESE GROUPS ARE CURRENTLY FULL FOR FALL 2019. PLEASE CHECK BACK IN AGAIN IN JANUARY 2020. This group is designed for graduate women needing a supportive and therapeutic space to share their unique challenges in managing life with many (often competing) demands and roles. Common themes include: navigating academic pressures, procrastination, sense of isolation, self-care, depression, anxiety, and maintaining healthy relationships with friends, colleagues, partners, family, advisors and others. This group is also a great forum for graduate women to simply connect with other graduate women.
