CAPS will present a two series virtual drop in Conquering Social Anxiety workshop. The first will be from 5:15 P.M. until 6:45 P.M. on Thursday, March 18th and the second will be from 5:15 P.M. until 6:45 P.M. on Thursday, March 25th. During the first workshop, the facilitator wIll define social anxiety, discuss causes of social anxiety, social anxiety reduction tools, mindfulness and self compassion and social anxiety. During the second workshop, the facilitator will discuss: communication and social anxiety, communication skills, body language and social anxiety, and assertion.
