CAPS offers walk-in crisis hours (counselor on duty), group therapy, and individual counseling for survivors. If you, or someone you know, has been sexually assaulted in the last 120 hours (5 days), we encourage you to speak with our counselor on duty to get important safety and medical information. You may also call our 24-hour line when we are not open at 734-764-8478. CAPS also offers a therapy group specifically for survivors of sexual violence, A Journey Toward Healing, that runs during Fall and Winter semesters.
CAPS works closely with the Sexual Assault Prevention and Awareness Center's (SAPAC) as well as University Health Services (UHS) to provide support and medical care for survivors. SAPAC has a 24-hour crisis line at 734-936-3333. For more information on the Sexual Assault Services at UHS, please click HERE.
