Mindfulness Through Multiple Senses

Over 5 sessions, this in-person group offers a variety of mindfulness techniques through multiple senses: breathing, moving, smelling, tasting, listening, sitting, and creative activities. Mindfulness has been widely used in therapy for over three decades with benefits such as reducing stress, curbing rumination, and improving productivity. With a multicultural, trauma-informed approach, this group aims to help members build an embodied toolbox of mindfulness practices. This group does not require screening, but an IC appointment is required before joining the group.
